Custom Hoodies

Discuss your clothing order

Custom hoodies work best when the garment shape and the artwork are planned together. A broad back graphic, a small chest mark and a society name each need different space. Exposure Apparel helps groups and brands compare hoodie styles, prepare a size run and define the decoration before an international order is confirmed.

Start with how the hoodie will be worn: an everyday layer, a relaxed club piece or a more substantial merchandise garment. Then compare the construction and measurements.

Choose a hoodie construction

  • Essential Oversized Hoodie: a starting point when a relaxed silhouette is central to the brief. Compare its actual chest and body measurements with a hoodie you already like.
  • Heavyweight Premium Hoodie 430gsm: an option to discuss when you want a heavier fabric. Weight alone does not establish fit, warmth or suitability for every climate.
  • Boxy Fleece Hoodie: worth comparing when proportions matter as much as fabric weight. Ask for the current measurements and composition.
  • Regular Fit Full-Zip Hoodie: a different wearing and design option, with a front opening that needs to be considered when placing artwork.

Exact colors, sizes, materials and destination availability are checked for your quote. Our GSM guide helps explain what fabric weight can and cannot tell you.

Account for zips, pockets and the hood

Show us which positions you want decorated. A zip divides the front into separate panels, so do not plan a single continuous graphic across it without a specific placement check. A pocket also changes the usable front area. On the back, consider how the hood sits over the upper part of the design.

Send the original design and describe the intended size of each print. If you want individual names or different committee roles, list those as separate requirements. Available positions and methods are confirmed for the selected garment; see the artwork guide.

Choose the style before gathering sizes

An oversized cut is a garment shape, not simply a standard hoodie ordered one size larger. Ask members to compare the chosen chart with a hoodie that already fits them. Pay attention to body length as well as chest width, particularly when comparing a boxy style with a regular fit.

Collect one size list for the agreed style and color. If the style changes, ask wearers to check again. The measurement guide and group-order checklist make that process easier to manage.

Agree the design before production

Choose one person to approve the final artwork and order details. Check the garment reference, color, print positions, spelling and any individual names against the final roster. A digital proof helps confirm the proposed layout; it cannot replace trying on a garment or examining fabric in person.

If a physical sample matters to the decision, raise it at the start so the available option and its effect on the order sequence can be checked. Read samples and digital proofs before choosing your approval route.

Custom hoodie questions

Can we order hoodies for a society or club?

Yes, send your proposed garment, quantity and artwork for a quote. Our society hoodie guide covers committee decisions and member names.

Can you quote for a fixed event date?

Include the date and destination in the inquiry. We need to check the garment, approval steps and delivery route before confirming an achievable order plan.
