International custom clothing starts with a clear brief and a quote for the actual order. Tell us what you want to make, who will wear it and where it needs to go. Exposure Apparel can then confirm the garment and decoration options before you commit to a particular combination.
The inquiry form does not place an order or take payment. It brings the useful information together so that clothing, artwork, quantities and destination can be reviewed as one request. A rough brief is enough to start; the details needed for production are confirmed before approval.
1. Describe the clothing and its purpose
Send the garment types or example style names, preferred colors and approximate quantity. Explain whether the order is for staff, a club, an event or a clothing range. Include the delivery country and region, and mention an event date in the first inquiry.
If you are unsure which garment to choose, describe the fit, material or use that matters. The fabric and GSM guide can help turn a general request such as āa substantial teeā into a more useful shortlist.
2. Confirm the garment and artwork configuration
Request the current fabric information, color options and size chart for the proposed style. Send your artwork link and list the positions you want printed. Tell us about different names, numbers or artwork versions before assuming they can all be treated as one identical design.
The file and placement need to work with the garment. A zip front, a pocket and a smaller size can change the available space. Use the artwork checklist to identify the correct file and the dimensions you mean.
3. Review the quote as a complete order
Check the garment names, color and size mix, total quantity and every requested print position. Review the quoted currency, included decoration, delivery arrangements and any stated tax or fee treatment. If two versions of a quote use different quantities or placements, compare those differences before comparing the totals.
Ask for clarification while the order is still being agreed. A note about an additional print or individual names should become part of the confirmed specification, rather than remain in a separate conversation that the organizer assumes everyone has seen.
4. Approve the digital proof and order details
A digital proof is used to check the proposed artwork arrangement before production. Review wording, dates, names, garment colors, print positions and design size. Read the proof against the final size and variation list; one familiar logo can still be paired with the wrong name or garment.
Nominate one person to return a clear approval. If a revision is needed, identify the current proof version and consolidate the changes. The samples and proofs guide explains what a screen proof can check and what needs a physical review.
5. Confirm the practical handover
When you accept the quote, provide the billing and shipping details needed to turn it into an invoice or order. Confirm the agreed payment and approval steps, delivery contact and any event requirement. If those details change, contact us promptly so the effect on the proposed order can be checked.
Production and delivery are separate parts of the schedule. A physical sample, if requested, adds its own review sequence. Read the delivery planning guide and avoid treating an estimate as a guaranteed event date.
Start your international clothing inquiry with the details you already have. We will use them to confirm the next steps for your proposed order.
